Their mission is to transform the speed and precision of enterprise security operations, helping organizations stay proactive, strategic, and secure. In this role, you’ll own digital demand generation, website strategy, marketing operations, and the MarTech stack. You’ll work closely with content, communications, product marketing, and design, and partner with a growing sales org to ensure marketing and sales are fully aligned.Role & Responsibilities:Report to the Head of Marketing and play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue operationsBuild and scale the demand generation engine by launching and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across organic and paid search, social, and display to drive qualified pipelineExecute email sequences and nurture programs in HubSpot, Apollo, and other platforms to move prospects through the funnelOwn website strategy, including SEO/AEO, user journey optimization, and conversion rate improvementBuild and maintain reporting dashboards to clearly show performance, insights, and opportunitiesImplement multi-touch attribution to measure and demonstrate marketing’s impact on revenueTrack and analyze campaign performance, funnel metrics, and pipeline contributionOwn HubSpot and the broader MarTech stack, optimizing for lead management, automation, and reportingBuild and optimize marketing automation workflows to improve efficiency and lead qualityEstablish the infrastructure for a scalable, repeatable revenue marketing engineSkills / Experience Required:3+ years of digital marketing experience in B2B SaaSExperience with data-driven B2B platforms in enterprise or mid-market sales environmentsPerformance marketing and client acquisition/retention experienceHands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)Familiar with MarTech tools such as Clay, Optimizely, MegaAI, Clearbit, 6sense, or similarExposure to ABM and PLG marketing motionsStrong understanding of marketing attribution and SaaS metrics - CAC, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, marketing influenceSkilled at building dashboards and reports to translate data into actionable insightsExperience optimizing website funnels using data-driven analysisMust be able to work in-office 5 days/weekWhat is Being Offered:The chance to collaborate with top talent in the security industryA unique growth-stage opportunity to be among the first 75 employees in the companyWork alongside a diverse, innovative team that fosters creativity and collaboration to drive industry modernizationBase Salary in the $125,000 to $150,000 rangeEquity componentComprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance401k plan w/ company matchA family-friendly, compassionate work environmentStunning new office spaceAdditional company perks and benefitsIf you’re a B2B Digital Marketing Manager ready to join a rapidly growing startup and shape marketing that drives growth, apply today.
