Customer Service Representative

Client Overview:Our client is a manufacturing company supplying insulation, fiberglass, and related materials to customers. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. Salary/Hourly Rate:$22/hr Position Overview:The Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, communicate with customers regarding orders, coordinate deliveries, provide sales quotes, and process new orders. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:Communicate with customers via phone and email.Manage inbound customer requests, provide quotes, process orders, and deliver high-quality customer service.Respond to inquiries regarding deliveries, order status, and refunds.Collaborate with the warehouse team to understand inventory levels.Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:1–2 years of customer service or inside sales experience.Strong communication skills via phone and email with both new and existing customers.Experience working with an ERP system.Preferred Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:Experience in a manufacturing environment.Education Requirements:High school diploma or GED equivalent required.Benefits:Atrium Care Package available upon eligibility (including healthcare plans, discount programs, and paid time off).
