The General Manager (GM) is the leader of the gym, responsible for the overall financial success, operational excellence, and the quality of the member experience. You will recruit, develop, and lead a high-performance team that reflects the UFC GYM brand and values.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit & Hire: Identify and onboard top-tier talent for department managers and front-line staff.
Coach & Mentor: Conduct regular planning sessions and performance reviews to drive long-term career growth and team engagement.
Culture: Maintain a fun, safe, and community-focused environment for both members and staff.
Sales & Financial Performance
Drive Revenue: Ensure the team hits monthly targets for new memberships, private coaching attachments (25%), and Ultimate Mix (40%).
Lead Management: Oversee lead generation and appointment setting to maintain a 50% guest conversion rate.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute financial and operating plans.
Operations & Member Experience
Brand Standards: Be a visible role model on the floor, gathering member feedback and ensuring the gym remains in top-tier condition.
Problem Solving: Resolve elevated member concerns on the spot and coach the team to prevent recurrence.
Administration: Manage payroll, overtime approvals, and ensure all company policies and safety protocols are strictly followed.
Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience and 2-3 years in management supervising at least 3-10 employees.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and a strong understanding of gym-specific financial metrics (revenue, payroll, and ratios).
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Physical: Ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift between 50-120 lbs.
