New Construction Punch & Interior Trim We are looking fortwo dependable team membersto join our growing crew: Lead Carpenter– Experienced in new construction punch work and interior trim. Must be able to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high-quality workmanship. Assistant Carpenter– Motivated, dependable, and willing to learn. Previous construction or carpentry experience is preferred but not required for the right person. What We Offer Consistent, year-round work 40 hours per week Company truck supplied Tools supplied Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for steady, long-term employment Responsibilities Complete new construction punch-list items Install interior doors, casing, baseboard, crown molding, and other trim Perform finish carpentry and detail work Make adjustments, repairs, and touch-ups as needed Identify and resolve construction issues Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Qualifications Carpentry or construction experience Finish carpentry/interior trim experience is a plus New construction punch experience preferred Reliable and dependable Strong attention to detail and quality xsgimln workmanship Professional and safety-minded Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or siding is a major plus Clean driving record/driver’s license is a plus Lead Carpenter must be able to work independently, solve problems, and help direct the work FULL-TIME — STEADY WORK — 40 HOURS PER WEEK We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, show up ready to work, and wantsteady, long-term employmentwith a reliable company.
