Account Manager – Enterprise VAR Channel

Role Purpose:Drive new revenue growth by developing relationships with enterprise VAR partners and generating consistent pipeline opportunities.Core Responsibilities:- Prospect and develop new VAR relationships- Own deals from initial contact through close- Position Clearway’s value (speed, flexibility, problem-solving)- Collaborate with deal desk for quoting and execution- Expand accounts into repeat businessKPIs:- New VAR account/relationships opened- Revenue generated- Pipeline size and velocity- Repeat business rate- Gross margin on dealsProfile:- 3–7 years in VAR/channel sales- Proven hunter mentality- Strong communication and deal ownership skills- Experience selling IT infrastructure solutions preferredCompensation:- Base salary plus commission with accelerators for new business and high-margin deals
