The Role We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for architecture and an eagerness to continue learning. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll contribute meaningfully across all phases of project delivery, from concept through construction administration, with direct mentorship from experienced architects in a supportive team‑first environment. What You’ll Do Develop design solutions and produce architectural drawings using Revit and AutoCAD Coordinate with engineering consultants, integrating Civil, MEP, and Structural documents Incorporate redlines and revisions from project reviews accurately and efficiently Support the production of renderings and visual presentations Support construction administration through site visits, RFI management, and submittals Research materials, products, and manufacturers to inform design and specifications What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture 1‑3 years of architectural experience Proficiency or solid working knowledge of Revit Basic familiarity with building codes, construction methods, and materials Detail‑oriented, collaborative, and genuinely eager to grow What You’ll Get Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 based on experience Quarterly performance bonuses and annual profit sharing Medical, dental, HSA, short‑term disability, and life insurance Retirement plan with company match Generous PTO and flexible paid holidays Mentorship, increasing responsibility, and a clear path for growth Exposure to meaningful, community focused projects across diverse building types Why DAC At a large firm, early‑career staff often spend years in a single phase or project type.
