In this role, you'll focus on the core principles of computer vision, developing and implementing algorithms to extract meaningful information from images and videos. You'll collaborate with experienced engineers to bring innovative computer vision solutions to life.Assist in developing state-of-the-art computer vision algorithms for Trimble’s large scale software productsImplement and optimize computer vision, image processing algorithms for construction applicationsWork closely with senior engineers to understand project requirements and contribute to development plansConduct technical research on computer vision methods and best practicesParticipate in testing and debugging computer vision applications to ensure accuracy and performanceWhat Skills & Experience You Should BringBachelor's degree in Geomatics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldMinimum two years of experience in developing computer vision algorithms in areas related to 3D reconstruction, SLAM, object detection and tracking, or camera calibrationProficient in image processing algorithms and multiple view geometry using cameraStrong understanding of programming fundamentals, particularly in PythonStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsWhat Skills & Experience You Could BringExperience in cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.)Experience in C++ programmingExperience in SLAM algorithmsExperience in Machine LearningProficient with ROSPay EquityTrimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position.
