A company is looking for a Patient Experience Concierge.
Key ResponsibilitiesWelcomes patients and family members, ensuring adherence to patient experience expectations
Oversees daily activities of the front desk and lobby, assisting with the check-in process and monitoring patient flow
Tracks patient wait times and provides updates to leadership while addressing real-time patient concernsRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationHigh School Education/GED or equivalent preferred
Associate's/Technical Degree in hospitality or equivalent experience preferred
Three years of experience in patient access, hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred
Previous Patient Access experience preferred
