Title: Senior Financial AnalystLocation: Addison, TX (5 Days' In-Office)Compensation: $100-110k + Bonus PotentialWe're partnering with a high-growth, multi-billion-dollar organization in Addison that is looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their team. This role sits at the intersection of Corporate FP&A and Strategic Planning, offering strong visibility to executive leadership and the opportunity to make a real impact on strategic decision-making.This is a highly collaborative role reporting directly to the VP of Finance, with regular exposure to the CFO and COO. Responsibilities:Partner with Corporate FP&A and Corporate Development teams to support strategic initiatives and long-term planningBuild and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, investments, and growth opportunitiesAnalyze large datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights for leadershipDevelop dashboards and reporting using Tableau or Power BI to enhance data visibility across the organizationSupport budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processesPrepare materials and presentations for executive leadership, including CFO/COO-level reportingWork cross-functionally with global teams to drive consistency and insight across business unitsRequirements:3+ years of experience in Corporate FP&A, Corporate Finance, etc within a multi-location environment.Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset (Excel-heavy)Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI)Ability to work with large datasets and simplify complex informationBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related fieldStrong communication skills with the ability to interact with senior leadership
