Their platform is increasingly being adopted by fintechs, crypto-native companies, and digital platforms operating in regulated and high-growth environments.With strong early traction and a growing US presence, the business is scaling its commercial team to capitalise on significant demand across both traditional finance and DeFi ecosystems.The Role:Own the full sales cycle from first engagement through to close across mid-market and enterprise accountsDrive new logo acquisition across fintech, crypto, and DeFi-native organisationsBuild relationships with senior technical and commercial stakeholders, including engineering and product leadershipTranslate complex infrastructure and blockchain-adjacent products into clear business outcomesDevelop outbound strategies while capitalising on inbound demandMaintain strong pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and deal progressionOperate in a fast-moving, early-stage environment with high autonomyContribute to shaping sales process, messaging, and go-to-market strategyKey Requirements:6+ years experience in SaaS, infrastructure, or technical salesProven track record closing mid-market or enterprise dealsExperience selling into technical or product-led organisationsExposure to crypto, digital assets, or DeFi ecosystems strongly preferredAbility to self-source pipeline and operate independentlyFamiliarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC/MEDDPICC)Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cyclesComfortable in a high-growth, resource-constrained, builder environmentSalary $150K + Double OTE + equityIf interested, apply or reach out to Kyle Maslen at Ignite Talent Group via kyle.maslen@ignitetalentgroup.co.uk
