The role is focused on modernization or replacement of existing systems and development of new systems to support financial services operations processes.Key RequirementsExpert-level C#, SQL and Angular skills with strong software engineering disciplineStrong hands-on experience using Rabbit MQ, Elasticsearch or equivalentsExperience building integrations with Salesforce is a plusExperience with New Relic and Sumo Logic is a plusAbility to rapidly develop using Claude Code/Codex while still producing clean, well-architected, thoroughly tested production-quality codeStrong experience with scalable system design and enterprise-grade engineering standardsDeep understanding of SDLC, testing strategies, code quality, and maintainabilityStrong analytical, coding, and debugging skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively within a teamStrong communication skills
