Sales Representative Mark Kia is seeking a motivated, goal oriented and dynamic Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Scottsdale, AZ. Job Type: Full-time Volume Sales Consultant Pay: $50,000.00 - $165,000.00+ per year Employee Incentives: 401k Medical, Vision, Dental Opportunities to advance to upper management In house training and tools that help people in advance their career! We promote from within, Finance Managers and Desk managers that were promoted from Sales. We have also promoted sales reps to Assistant store managers under 1 1/2 years! Average Salesperson makes $6-7k each month. Our top associates make $10,000 - $15,000 a month. We have an open sales floor; you have availability to sell both new and used cars. Responsibilities: Consistently drive vehicle sales to meet monthly sales goals. Provide buyers with excellent customer service from start to finish on all offers. Sell honestly / with attention to detail to minimize sale risks. Use sharp negotiation skills to maximize sales revenue. Maintain dialogue with customers to ensure accurate and competitive market pricing.
