Location: Uptown Charlotte, NC (hybrid – 3 days per week on site)Brooksource is seeking a Junior Technical Analyst to support our enterprise banking and financial services client’s audit readiness initiatives. This role will focus on coordinating audit-related activities across multiple portfolios, tracking action items and evidence, and ensuring teams remain on schedule to meet compliance and readiness milestones. The Analyst will play a key coordination role, working closely with portfolio leaders and application teams to support documentation, tracking, and risk visibility efforts. This position does not require deep engineering expertise, but does require strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport audit readiness efforts by tracking action items, evidence collection, and status updates across multiple leader portfolios.Maintain centralized trackers to document tasks, ownership, evidence status, and completion timelines.Proactively follow up with application and platform teams to ensure assigned audit readiness tasks are completed on schedule.Review application, control, and resiliency artifacts to ensure they are complete, accurate, and aligned with audit expectations; escalate gaps or inconsistencies as needed.Identify potential risks, missing documentation, or delays and flag them for appropriate escalation.Assist in preparing status updates and summaries for leadership visibility across portfolios.Collaborate with portfolio leaders (PLs) and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of audit readiness activities.Mandatory Qualifications:1–3 years of experience in a technical analyst, audit coordination, compliance support, or similar role.Strong organizational and tracking skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create trackers, status reports, and leadership-ready materials; experience with Power BI or similar reporting and visualization tools is a plus.Experience reviewing technical or operational documentation for completeness and alignment (no deep engineering required).Ability to proactively follow up with stakeholders and drive tasks to completion.Clear written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with IT audit, risk, compliance, or control frameworks in a technology environment.Experience supporting audit readiness, regulatory efforts, or security/compliance initiatives.Comfort working with tracking tools, spreadsheets, or ticketing systems to manage work and evidence.Exposure to large, enterprise technology organizations or portfolios.Eight Eleven Group provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, citizenship, disability, genetic information, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
