Clinical Trainer, East

Responsibilities include: Product and procedure training, education and case support for all Lumendi customers in the Eastern USA. Collaborate with Training, Education and Product Development Team to support ongoing product training and in-servicing of all Lumendi products during procedures and otherwise with physicians, nurses, and techs. Support all efforts associated with product development including clinical cases. Communicate market intelligence to the VP Sales and Marketing of competitor’s new product offering, pricing strategy, and merchandizing practices in the assigned region. Complete and submit all administrative responsibilities accurately and on time (CRM, expense reports, and vacations). Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as directed by the VP Sales and Marketing, training department, and home office. Maintain and expand knowledge of Lumendi’s product offerings, competitors, and local market changes. Perform all other essential duties as assigned. Adhere to Lumendi policies and code of conduct in an ethical manner. Essential Requirements: GI endoscopy clinical experience is a must. Significant travel is required. May include overnights and weekends.
