Recruitment Consultant - Early Career Sales

Title: Recruitment ConsultantLocation: Los Angeles, CA (Playa Vista)Compensation: $50,000 base salary + uncapped commissionTypical earnings: ~$80,000 OTE Year 1 | ~$95,000 OTE Year 2As a Recruitment Consultant at Phaidon International, you are responsible for building and running your own niche-specialized recruitment platform by developing client relationships, headhunting talent, and closing high-impact deals that place senior professionals into critical roles.The work is fast-paced, target-driven, and competitive. This is not an administrative, inbound, or support role.
