Job Description Senior Architect We are hiring a Senior Architect who blends long term architectural thinking with hands on engineering and deep technical leadership. Responsibilities:Define technical vision and company-wide architecture principlesDesign and evolve a metadata driven low code and no code platform that lets teams configure workflows, forms, and experiences without custom codeBuild prototypes, POCs, and reference implementations to validate platform directionMentor Staff Engineers, Architects, and senior ICs as they design complex modulesEstablish coding standards, design patterns, and engineering policiesGuide architecture across mobile, web, backend, data, AI and low code configuration layersLead security architecture across identity, permissions, compliance, and data protectionPartner with the executive team on platform strategy, acquisitions, and technology evaluationRepresent Company at conferences, analyst sessions, and key customer conversations What You Bring:Strong experience designing and scaling B2B SaaS platformsDirect experience in Asset Integrity Management Systems, Inspection Management, Reliability, RBI, CMMS or related industrial fieldsHands on experience with metadata driven platforms, configuration engines, or low code and no code toolsAbility to design systems where non developers can safely configure workflows, forms, and rules without breaking core architectureStrong understanding of multi-tenant design, modularization, and platform thinkingExperience guiding technical teams, setting standards, and driving architectural governanceStrong communication skills with executives, customers, and ecosystem partners Security Expertise: You should be confident designing secure systems that operate in regulated industrial environments, including:Identity architecture using Azure AD B2C or Entra IDMetadata driven RBAC and ABAC modelsZero trust principles applied to infrastructure and API designSecure coding standards and secure SDLC governanceSOC2, ISO27001, NIST alignment across cloud, data, and application layersThreat modeling, encryption standards, and secure API lifecycle management Technical Stack You Will Help Shape:Next.js, React, shadcnNode.js, Go, Python, .NETReact Native with Expo for offline first mobile experiencesMongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis Azure Container Apps, Kubernetes in future state, Terraform, Bicep, GitHub ActionsRAG knowledge systems, vision models, LangGraph style agent flowsEvent driven architecture with Kafka or Azure Service BusOpenTelemetry based observabilityInternal metadata and configuration engines that power low code and no code experiences Green Card or US Citizen Full time Employee Meet Your Recruiter Angela Hardemon Text me about this job - 972-419-1615 Please include your name and Job Title in your Text.
