Work that matters.Compounding pharmacy is where pharmaceutical science meets individualized patient care — and at Triangle Compounding Pharmacy, it's the foundation of everything we do. We develop custom formulations for patients whose needs can't be met by commercially available medications. Our pharmacists use precision and care to provide personalized medications that have real outcomes for our patients. We were the first PCAB-accredited compounding pharmacy in North Carolina and later became the state's first FDA-registered 503B Human Drug Outsourcing Facility. Our standards exist because our patients depend on them.We are seeking a pharmacist who wants to practice at a level of depth and precision that traditional pharmacy rarely offers. This role combines clinical problem-solving, pharmaceutical science, sterile and non-sterile compounding, and direct collaboration with prescribers to create customized therapies that improve patient outcomes.
