The Director of Community Relations will oversee community engagement, foster relationships with residents and their families, and act as an ambassador for the community. Daily responsibilities include organizing events, managing public relations initiatives, implementing programs to promote community development, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with sales and marketing efforts to meet occupancy goals.QualificationsStrong skills in Community Engagement and Community DevelopmentExperience in building relationships with local organizations and media outletsProficiency in Customer Service with a focus on delivering excellent experiencesSales skills with the ability to effectively promote programs and drive occupancyExcellent communication, leadership, and organization skillsAbility to collaborate with various stakeholders in a team environmentPrior experience in senior living or a related field is a plusBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
