Position Summary:Cook FT 2nd Shift - 12p - 8pPrepares meals according to the daily menu and diet specifications in order to ensure successful completion of daily meal service operations.Position Responsibilities for a Cook:Assist in preparing mealsVerify tray ticketsWash & sanitize dishwareClean & sanitize equipmentOperate all food service equipment in a safe mannerKnowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to read, write, make simple calculations and follow oral or written instructions. A high school diploma is preferred.
