Position: Senior AS400 DeveloperLocation: Buffalo Grove, ILHire Type: 10 Months ContractMust Have Technical/Functional Skills:Should be proficient / hands-on in Modern RPG and Synon with good concepts of DB2.Should be able to design the application changes after understanding the requirements and currentApplication state.Should know the Offshore & Onshore project execution knowledge and good team player.Should be able to technically lead a team of 3+ resources.RxClaim PBM experience will be good to have.Roles & Responsibilities:Technically lead the team, design, code and unit test the requirements. Establish connect with customer ingetting the project understanding and executing the development phase of project successfully.Key responsibilities*Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.Generic Managerial Skills, If any:Should be able to technically lead a team of 3+ resourcesCollaborate to work in onshore offshore modelShould be well versed with agile developmentAbility to interact with Business and Customer IT stakeholdersGood Communication skills, interpersonal skills and analytical skills
