Management Analyst

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Management Analyst** to join our team in **Patuxent River, MD.** This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days onsite.**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**+ Analyze cyber program requirements, status, budget, and schedules+ Perform program management, technical, or business case analyses+ Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams+ Track program/project status and schedules+ Development of project level cyber processes, standards, and procedures+ Development, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project cyber technical requirements and performance+ Travel up to 25% within the continental United States in support of customer needs**Minimum Qualifications:**+ High School diploma or GED+ 1+ years of experience performing work related to cyber-related efforts**Preferred Qualifications:**+ 1+ years of experience supporting NAVAIR programs or related organizations+ Familiarity with the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE) organization and operations+ Experience with collaborating across various aviation organizations**Clearance Requirements:**+ Must be a US Citizen and have a current and active Secret clearance**Physical Requirements:**+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.+ Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentationsMANTECH International Corporation considers all qualified applicants for employment without regard to disability or veteran status or any other status protected under any federal, state, or local law or regulation.If you need a reasonable accommodation to apply for a position with MANTECH, please email us at careers@mantech.com and provide your name and contact information.
