Amy's is committed to cooking authentic great tasting food with high quality, meticulously sourced organic ingredients and making them convenient for consumers.Location: Pocatello, ID.Duration: 6 monthsStart Date: June 15th, 2026 (open to part-time and full-time)Pay: $18-20/hr.Department: Continuous ImprovementEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProject Details:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Co-Op intern to join the Continuous Improvement Team this summer and fall. The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience while supporting process improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. The intern will be assigned to specific production process and will deliver data-driven process improvement recommendations through direct observation, analysis, and collaboration with operations teams.This structured 6-month program provides practical exposure to manufacturing operations, continuous improvement methodologies, and cross-functional teamwork. High-performing co-op interns may be considered for full-time employment opportunities upon successful completion of the program.Observe assigned manufacturing process(es) to understand workflows, constraints, and performance drivers.Collect and analyze operational data related to efficiency, quality, downtime, or waste.Identify improvement opportunities and support root cause analysis activities.Partner with operators, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to understand current practices.Develop and present process improvement recommendations supported by data.Assist with implementation or validation of approved improvements where applicable.Document process maps, standard work, or project findings.Qualifications and SkillsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
