Remote Senior Outpatient Coder: Lead Coding & Quality

Overview In this remote leadership role, you will guide day-to-day coding operations for inpatient and outpatient services to support compliant coding and strong revenue cycle performance. You’ll work within the Coding Operations team to drive audits, staff education, and ongoing process improvements. You will oversee coding quality and compliance while collaborating across HIM functions to scale efficient coding practices. This role leverages your extensive HIM coding management experience and certifications to shape coding outcomes at Quorum Health.
