Job DescriptionAbout the roleWe are seeking an experienced Lead Carpet & Flooring Technician to join our team. In this role, you will oversee carpet and floor cleaning services while leading technicians in delivering high-quality results for residential and commercial clients.Responsibilities include performing carpet and floor cleaning using methods such as hot water extraction, steam cleaning, and dry cleaning. You will also supervise water damage restoration services including water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and mold remediation.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform carpet and flooring cleaning using professional equipment and techniquesSupervise water damage restoration servicesLead, train, and mentor techniciansAssign jobs and manage team schedulingTroubleshoot and maintain cleaning and restoration equipmentCommunicate with clients and provide service recommendationsInspect completed work to ensure quality standardsManage supplies, tools, and cleaning inventoryMaintain accurate job records and reportsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company proceduresRequirementsQualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in carpet or floor cleaningExperience with water damage restoration equipment and proceduresLeadership or team supervision experience preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to handle physically demanding work environmentsValid Driver's License requiredIICRC certification is a plusBenefitsWhat We OfferBase salary + commissionFlexible schedulePaid time offProfessional development assistanceOpportunities for advancement
