They are willing to train the right person in machine maintenance and preventive maintenance, so this could be a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined and wants to build their skills and move toward a maintenance career.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate food manufacturing equipment safely and efficientlyMonitor equipment performance and product qualityMake basic machine adjustments and assist with troubleshootingReceive hands-on training in machine maintenance and preventative maintenanceHelp identify and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtimeFollow GMP, food safety, quality and workplace safety requirementsWork closely with production and maintenance personnelHelp around the plant with various tasks as neededQualificationsAt least 1 year of Machine Operator, Production Operator, or similar manufacturing experienceStrong mechanical aptitude and interest in learning maintenanceComfortable working with manufacturing machinery and toolsDependable work history and strong attendanceWillingness to learn troubleshooting and basic equipment repairTeam-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
