Founded in 2005 and grew from five employees in a single small clinic to a network of 7 standalone clinics and 40 school-based health centers.Our nearly 500 team members offer a full range of primary care, dental, mental health, and specialty services. We also provide transportation for patients at all locations, ensuring care is truly accessible.The OpportunityWe are seeking a compassionate, team-oriented Family Medicine Physician to join our growing team.
