Join a dynamic team as a Radiology Technologist specializing in OR imaging at a busy medical center located in Fort Myers Beach, FL. This 13-week contract position requires a skilled professional ready to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a fast-paced hospital environment. With shifts structured as four 10-hour days, Monday through Friday (7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.), flexibility is key to accommodate occasional schedule adjustments and on-call duties.Key Responsibilities: Perform basic radiographic, fluoroscopy, and portable imaging procedures. Operate C-arm equipment during surgical procedures in the Operating Room. Provide timely and accurate diagnostic imaging services for inpatient and outpatient care. Float between multiple hospital campuses as required. Handle 5 to 8 on-call shifts per month, demonstrating availability and adaptability. Collaborate closely with Radiologists and clinical teams, adhering to departmental protocols. Qualifications & Experience: Current Florida Radiologic Technologist license. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist. Proven experience with C-arm and OR imaging procedures. Graduate of an AMA-accredited radiology program. Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Contract Details: Contract duration: 13 weeks, start ASAP. Shift schedule: Four 10-hour days, weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with some flexibility to shift to 9:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. Holiday pay applicable, capped at 8 hours per holiday. AHCA clearance required for all Florida travel assignments. Housing considerations should be reviewed prior to assignment.
