Customer Service Representative

Company Overview Flexaust is a multinational manufacturer of high‑quality hose and ducting products serving commercial and industrial markets. We are currently seeking a full‑time Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Burlington, North Carolina facility. Position SummaryThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering a high level of service to both prospective and existing customers. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order processing, and account support. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while communicating professionally with customers and internal teams. Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current customersAccurately and efficiently process customer purchase ordersProvide customers with product, pricing, and service informationTroubleshoot and resolve customer issues and product concerns in a timely mannerInitiate and process return requests as neededPrepare, enter, and maintain customer quotationsMaintain and update customer account informationCollect and process required information to set up new customer accountsCollaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction Education & QualificationsHigh school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferredPrior B2B customer service or sales experience requiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleaguesProficient with Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Adobe is a plusExperience with Salesforce is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and competing prioritiesMust be eligible to work in North Carolina Work EnvironmentThis is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Burlington, NC, with standard hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Salary $37,440-$45,760 DOE
