Job Overview:
Inspect vacated rental properties to create a detailed punchlist of necessary repairs
Communicate frequently and timely with owners to obtain repair approvals, request funds when necessary, and keep owners updated on the status of their property
Ensure a high level of owner and tenant satisfaction
Order and schedule necessary repairs with appropriate trade partners and/or field technicians
Ensure repairs are performed timely and overall turn around times are keep to a minimum
Confirm punch list is completed by walking properties and follow up trade partners/field technicians regarding unfinished work
Maintain knowledge of market rates for home maintenance and repairs and ensure selected vendors’ pricing is consistent with the market
Release completed work orders for payment
Process vendor invoices for assigned turnovers in a timely manner
Conducting move-in/move-out walks on assigned properties
Continuously expand trade base
Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Supervising: 3 years (Preferred)
Order fulfillment: 3 years (Preferred)
Appliance repair: 3 years (Preferred)

Ocala, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Willingness to travel:
50% (Preferred)
