You will be responsible for negotiating and collecting payments from your customers.What You’ll Do:Manage outbound and inbound calls to recover outstanding balancesUtilize skip-tracing tools and techniques to locate customersNegotiate and set up payment arrangements with consumers and businessesMaintain accurate and up-to-date account documentationProvide excellent customer service with professionalism and empathyEnsure compliance with FDCPA and internal policiesWhat We’re Looking For:Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required)Minimum 3 years of experience in third-party collectionsProven negotiation and sales skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesHigh energy, friendly demeanor, and a professional appearanceSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamDetail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skillsProficient with Microsoft Office and collection software platforms
