As a company we invest in our employees.Work- Life Balance- Our drivers are home with their families every night.Our People- Here you will work side by side with very knowledgeable people in the industry and build relationships that last.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Will deliver windows, doors, and other items as part of a 2-man team.Ensure that orders are loaded safely and in a manner that will prevent damage in transitDrive truck over established route to deliver Pella product to jobsites and service storage warehousesPerform daily inspection of assigned company vehicle and document in accordance with DOT requirementsEnsuring our Pella customers satisfactionTypical Hours: Around 8-12 hours each dayQualifications:A clean driving record is REQUIREDMust be dependable, neat in appearance, a good listener, and personable with good communication skills for direct customer contact.Must be able to lift/move heavy loads (100+ lbs.) for customer deliveries throughout the day.Must be able to comply with the DOT hours of service regulations.Education/Experience:1 year of experience as a Delivery Driver in a similar position preferred.High School Diploma or EquivalentBenefits:Competitive Compensation401kProfit SharingInsurance (Medical, Dental, Vision)10 Paid HolidaysVacation/PTO
