Territory Sales Manager

Looking for a cabinet salesperson (or designer looking to move to sales consulting) to work as a employee for RCC. Ideal candidate would have some Cabinet Design (2020/Cyncly/ProK/Chief Architect) and Kitchen and Bath industry Sales skills. Someone who is looking to move into an outside representative role. Looking for someone to help me manage existing accounts in Virginia and West Virginia. Will need to live within the territory or close to it as time will be spent mostly in the territory visiting our clients at their showrooms. Goal is to grow into role with training to open new accounts. I am open to a more experienced representative as well. Will start with a guaranteed salary (based on experience) with unlimited commission potential.
