You'll play a critical role in the care team by documenting and reporting these observations directly to your preceptor.Collaborate on Care Planning: Move beyond the basics by assisting your preceptor in developing comprehensive care plans, using your reports on test results and patient observations to help shape clinical outcomes.Support the Unit Ecosystem: Take an active role in the flow of the department, from preparing and transporting patients for diagnostic services to ensuring a safe, clean environment for healing.What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:* BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Education:* High school diploma/GED required.
