Program Manager (Auburn Hills)

Position Requirements:Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, automotive, program management, engineering, or related field• Ability to interact and network effectively with various personality types• Manage multiple projects simultaneously• Efficient with office tools, such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, PowerBI, QlicSense• 5+ years of engineering and/or aftersales experience in the automotive or related industryPreferred Qualifications:• 5+ years' work experience on program launches• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of the dealership environment• Strong organizational, self-management, and negotiations skills• Experience in presenting ideas and concepts to all levels of management• Ability to speak English, Chinese and Spanish• Prior program management experience in a technical capacityComments for Suppliers:Fluent in Mandarin and Spanish is a bonus.
