Backed by industry-leading innovation and a fearless growth mindset, we’re building a movement - not just a brand.ABOUT THE ROLEWe’re looking for a high-impact Territory Sales Manager who operates like an owner — not just managing accounts but building and scaling markets.This role is a hybrid of field execution and key account support, with a primary focus on driving performance across Core-Mark-serviced accounts in multiple states. To start, the territory will include Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas, with expansion into additional markets over time.In addition to Core-Mark, this role will support a broader set of accounts within the territory, including independent retailers (tobacco shops, vape shops, convenience stores), regional and national chain accounts, and wholesale partners. The goal is to ensure consistent execution, strong distribution, and continued growth across all channels.You’ll be responsible for ensuring best-in-class in-store execution, distribution growth, and retail fundamentals across assigned accounts - while working closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities, improve performance, and support expansion into new markets, chains, and divisions.This is a highly autonomous role for someone who thrives without micromanagement, takes initiative, and consistently looks for ways to improve how the business operates in the field.WHAT YOU’LL DOOwn execution across key accounts and the broader marketManage and support Core-Mark-serviced accounts across multiple states (initially CO, NM, TX) Support additional retail channels, including independent stores (tobacco, vape, convenience), regional and national chains, and other key accounts Work with wholesale partners to support distribution, reorders, and market expansion Ensure strong in-store fundamentals, including distribution, placement, pricing accuracy, POSM execution, and compliance with company and retailer standards Drive consistency across stores and identify gaps in execution across all account types Drive distribution and sell-throughSupport expansion within existing chains and identify opportunities to grow SKU presence Work closely with wholesalers and store-level decision-makers to drive reorders and velocity Ensure product is not just placed, but actively selling Track and deliver against key performance metrics, including distribution gains, account growth, and retail execution standards Be the eyes and ears of the businessProvide real-time feedback on what’s working and what’s not in the field Identify opportunities to improve programs, pricing, promotions, and execution Act as a direct link between the field and leadership Execute and elevate retail standardsLead POSM implementation, product education, and in-store activation efforts Ensure stores are set up for success with the right tools, knowledge, and visibility Maintain a high standard of execution across all locations Collaborate cross-functionallyReport to the Director of Sales, while working closely with the Head of Key Accounts and Sales Operations Support coordination between retail, wholesale, and internal teams to ensure alignment across the territory Partner with senior leadership on expansion efforts into new markets, chains, and divisions Operate with ownershipManage your territory as if it were your own business Prioritize effectively across multiple states, accounts, and initiatives Operate with a high level of ownership while maintaining discipline around execution, reporting, and compliance standards Compliance & standardsEnsure adherence to all company policies, regulatory requirements, and retail compliance standards across assigned markets WHAT YOU BRING2–4 years of experience in field sales, key account support, or territory management (CPG, nicotine, tobacco, vape, alcohol, or other regulated/impulse categories preferred) Proven ability to operate independently and manage a territory with minimal oversight Demonstrated ability to manage multiple territories, accounts, or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of retail execution fundamentals (distribution, placement, pricing, POSM, compliance) Experience working with wholesalers (e.g., Core-Mark, McLane, HTH, etc.) is a strong plus Ability to balance structured execution with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to growing the business Highly entrepreneurial mindset - proactive, solutions-oriented, and constantly looking to improve performance Strong communication and relationship-building skills across store-level and corporate stakeholders Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time across assigned markets Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle WHY JOIN USPerformance-based compensation with strong upside Opportunity to play a key role in scaling a high-growth brand across major accounts High level of autonomy and ownership - your impact will be visible and immediate Direct access to senior leadership and involvement in strategic decision-making Fast-paced environment with significant growth opportunities as the business expands
