As a Tester supporting the customer, you will be trusted to solve complex IT issues while delivering outstanding customer service. HOW THE TESTER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Develops and implements quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures in a large computer-based organization. Develops and executes software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes. Establishes and maintains a process for evaluating hardware, software, and associated documentation and/or assists in the evaluation. Conducts and/or participates in formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the development life cycle. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Education: BA/BS (or equivalent experience) Required Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience Required Technical Skills: Documented experience working with GitHub, JIRA and Confluence. Recommended Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated on-the-job experience testing web-based applications developed using technologies such as: Java or J2EE. Demonstrated on-the-job test automation or software development experience with at least two automated test tool (Selenium web driver preferred, similar tools accepted). This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
