Quality Manager

This role ensures that all products meet internal specifications, regulatory requirements, and third-party certification standards before being released to customers. The company values operational excellence and is committed to providing high-quality products to its customers through meticulous supply chain and procurement practices.DescriptionReview and approve incoming product documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (COAs), specifications, SDSs, and other regulatory paperwork.Maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory standards, including FDA, FSMA, and state/local food safety requirements.Oversee and maintain third-party certifications such as Organic, Kosher, GlutenFree, and others as applicable.Investigate and resolve product quality issues, customer complaints, and supplier non-conformances.Lead preparation for audits (customer, third-party, and regulatory) and manage follow-up on corrective actions.
