Job Description:Job Title: Program Manager Core BankingRole SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager with deep expertise in Core Banking systems to lead large-scale transformation and implementation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex, multi-year banking programs, driving delivery across business and technology teams, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.This role requires leadership across end-to-end program lifecycle, stakeholder management at senior levels, and successful delivery of core banking initiatives such as system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of Core Banking transformation programs (implementation, migration, upgrades)Define program strategy, roadmap, and execution plan aligned with business objectivesManage multiple projects/workstreams within the program, ensuring timely and budget-compliant deliveryEngage with senior stakeholders (CXOs, Business Heads, IT Leadership) to drive alignment and decision-makingOversee vendor management, including core banking platform providers (e.g., Temenos, Finacle, TCS BaNCS, Flexcube)Ensure effective risk, issue, and dependency management across the programDrive governance frameworks, including steering committees, reporting, and escalation mechanismsLead business and technology integration, ensuring seamless alignment between functional and technical teamsOversee data migration, testing, and cutover planning for core banking systemsEnsure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit requirementsDrive change management, communication, and user adoption strategiesMonitor and report program performance, KPIs, and financialsRequired Skills & Qualifications10+ years of experience in banking/financial services, with significant exposure to Core Banking systems10+ years of experience managing large-scale transformation or implementation programsProven experience managing large-scale transformation or implementation programsStrong knowledge of leading core banking platforms such as:TemenosFinacleTCS BaNCSOracle FlexcubeExpertise in program and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)Strong understanding of:Core banking operations (Retail, Corporate, Payments, Lending)Data migration and system integrationBanking regulatory and compliance requirementsExperience in vendor and stakeholder management at senior levelsStrong financial and budget management capabilitiesHybrid role onsite in Jersey City, NJWhere required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $80-$88.89/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
