Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Monitor

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, members, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and when appropriate, emergency response actions in a retail location.; Respond to incidents, policy concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with store leadership and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrance and exit areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report security-related concerns.; Monitor for unusual behavior, trespassing, theft-related activity, and/or operational disruptions, and follow post orders for reporting, de-escalation, and customer assistance.; Support asset protection and loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with crowd flow during busy periods, and reporting hazards, disturbances, and/or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
