Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Marco Technologies is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our HR team! In this role, you will partner closely with leaders across our Print Business Unit and corporate/shared services teams to attract, engage and hire top talent that supports Marco's business goals and long-term growth. This is a hands on, consultative role for someone who enjoys full-cycle recruiting, building strong partnerships and continuously improving talent acquisition processes.Essential FunctionsManage full-cycle recruiting for assigned client groups, supporting roles at all levels.Prescreen candidate applications and resumes for required skills, experience, and knowledge to fit position requirements. Make recommendations to hiring managers and ensure efficient turn-around activity and prioritize long-term organization fit.Facilitate process of candidate selection, interviewing, job offer, reference/background check, and candidate onboarding details.Partner with business leaders to understand current and future workforce needs, providing insights and recruiting strategies aligned to business objectives.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, social media, job fairs, and campus engagement.Lead and participate in recruitment campaigns, college relations efforts, and early‑career initiativesStay current on market trends, sourcing techniques, and recruiting best practices to remain competitiveAct as a change agent by identifying opportunities to improve recruiting and onboarding processesAnalyze hiring metrics and employment trends in partnership with HR peers to inform decisions and develop proactive solutionsPromote internal mobility and ensure diverse candidate slates for open positionsCollaborate with HR and organizational leaders to support talent development and high‑potential identificationQualificationsBachelor’s degree required; Human Resources or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or recruiting role; corporate recruiting experience preferredProven ability to partner with leaders and influence hiring decisionsDemonstrated success sourcing and hiring diverse talentExperience structuring and negotiating offers across a variety of role levelsStrong relationship‑building, organizational, and communication skillsSHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferredPAY RANGE: $63,256 - $98,047 annually + 7.5% annual incentive opportunityThe pay range listed for this position is based on candidate's skill level, experience, relevant licenses, and educational background.
