Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Coordinator located in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area. The Front Office Coordinator will handle tasks such as managing phone inquiries, appointment scheduling, and receptionist duties. Additional responsibilities will include performing office administration functions and providing excellent customer service by assisting clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring smooth daily office operations. Qualifications Proficient in Phone Etiquette and effectively managing inbound and outbound callsStrong skills in Appointment Scheduling and organizing calendarsExperience in Office Administration and managing day-to-day office operationsCapable of handling Receptionist Duties, such as greeting visitors and managing front-office tasksDemonstrated excellence in Customer Service with a focus on client satisfactionStrong interpersonal and communication abilitiesProficiency with office software and scheduling toolsPrior experience in a similar role or background in the security systems industry is a plus
