Perform comprehensive patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely medical records in the EMR system. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to facility clinical protocols.
