What we do impacts the future of technology, and in turn, the way we live our lives tomorrow.Position OverviewUnder the leadership of the Director, Sales, the Regional Sales Manager position oversees the strategic execution of sales activities in the Northeastern region for our PCB Assembly Solutions Division. This pivotal role is responsible for balancing high-level account management with the acquisition of new business, ensuring that Mycronic's products, accessories, and services are expertly represented. The position serves as a vital link between client needs and company objectives, requiring a dynamic and collaborative approach to territory management.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentifies and nurtures sales opportunitiesDrives and delivers sales activities to meet budget expectations, $15M+Aligns, implements, and drives the sales plan for the assigned region, in accordance with the outlined corporate objectives and goalsActively demonstrates organizational skills, account strategies, territory planning, and administrative responsibilities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintainedDevelops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targetsPrepares and presents bids to potential clientsWorks closely with Sales Reps and Regional Sales Managers to ensure mutual successMaintains relationships and facilitates problem solving of any issues with existing customersDevelops and maintains a constant dialogue with parent company to keep abreast of current and upcoming projectsProvides updates, forecasts and projections to management team on a regular basisAssists with the planning of sales exhibits; attends trade shows; participates in education and training conferences on selling and marketing programs as neededKeeps informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to customers and proactively communicates relevant informationMaintains current working knowledge of competitive activity in marketDevelops and implements new methods of attaining new accountsWorks collaboratively with others (internally and externally) to achieve common goals and resultsOther duties as assigned including but not limited to the performance of functions related to the sales processes of the companyExperience And QualificationsBachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceAt least five years of experience selling capital equipment, specifically within the Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) industryDemonstrated problem solving and negotiation skillsExperience with technology salesExcellent oral and written communication skills, including strong technical presentation skills using a variety of mediums when working with guests, senior associates, vendors and customersExcellent formal presentation skills before both small and large groupsExperience managing large territories and diverse product offeringsA demonstrable capacity to keep abreast of new technology trends, association needs and possible application to real-world projectsProficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) toolsCompensationSalary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Base salary expected to be $130,000.00 - $155,000.00.LocationThis position covers the Northeast Region.
