The lube technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance services on vehicles, including oil changes, lubrication, and tire rotations. To be successful in this position, the individual must be able to work in a high-volume environment, have a strong attention to detail, and work well with others. This position is ideal for an individual looking for a full-time or part-time opportunity willing to contribute to our commitment of delivering exceptional service to our guests. Roles and Responsibilities:Perform all basic maintenance including: Air Filters Cabin Filters Fuel Filters Perform tire rotations and pressure checks Perform multipoint vehicle inspections Communicate additional service/repair needs to customers: Transmission Radiator Power Steering Differential Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards, and codes of conduct Ability to work in various weather conditions Maintain a clean and organized work area Provide excellent customer service Schedule: Full-time and Part-time opportunities Skills & Requirements: High school diploma or GED Valid driver license and acceptable driving record Background and drug screening Ability to multitask
