Office Assistant - Dallas

Office Assistant As the on-site Office Assistant you will assist leadership with routine clerical/office and computer related tasks to include but not limited to filing, scheduling, and data entry, including processing workflow tasks as assigned.Primary Responsibilities:Assists with routine clerical/office tasks, answers telephone calls, and delivers messagesPulls, reviews, and follows up on reports of orders recert and unverified visitsMaintains an up-to-date medical record by scanning documents timely and completing EOE audits as appropriateCompletes discharge chart reviews, performs audits, processes orders to/from physicians, and tracks for timely receiptCommunicates professionally within the organization and with external sources (physicians, patients, family members, referral sources, etc.)Required Qualifications:Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportationComputer skills, clerical-business machine skills, telephone communication skills, and be able to typeGeneral clerical skills and organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications:Able to work independently and as a team memberPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $14.00 to $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
