In this role, you will be responsible for your daily route by providing services for existing customers. Your responsibilities will include completion of daily activities, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and performing services. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and attention to the details.Responsibilities Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customersPerform daily tasks such as lawn fertilization, shrub care and moreProvide exceptional customer serviceLoad all tools and other necessary equipment/materials. Secure all equipment safelyDocument all leads and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) programProper use of safety equipment and Personal Protective EquipmentDaily truck maintenance by ensuring its safety and make sure it's clean and ready for daily operationsQualifications High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferredPrevious experience in lawn and pest industryExcellent customer service skillStrong written and verbal communication skillsA positive attitude
