Maintenance - Weekends

The Chippewa Falls Area Unified School District is seeking an individual for a Maintenance-Weekend position. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position (Wednesday through Sunday). Hours are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Position Summary Performs maintenance and repair work for district grounds, including but not limited to set up, tear down, field preparation, transporting and moving of equipment for outdoor events, maintain buildings and grounds outdoor appearance, ensure that equipment and grounds are in top condition both aesthetically and operationally. Ensure that all outdoor entrances, sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots are clear of snow, ice, debris and are in safe condition. Coordinate set up and tear down of weekend activities in all district buildings, manage all building alarms, and assist in the closure and security of all buildings as directed. Must be familiar with all district buildings and their handling systems and ready to fill in during the absence of any district custodial staff.
