At ProFloors, the goal is to not only be a flooring provider but a trusted vendor-partner. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Portland, OR, for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will support and drive sales, build and maintain client relationships, provide detailed product information, and assist customers in selecting flooring solutions that meet their needs. Responsibilities also include order processing, maintaining an organized showroom, coordinating with installation teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The position requires excellent communication and a customer-focused approach. Qualifications Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.Knowledge of flooring products and materials or willingness to quickly learn industry-specific information.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing clear and actionable information to clients and team members.Experience working in a team environment with adaptability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in basic computer skills, such as using email, spreadsheets, and order processing software.Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.Prior experience in the flooring or construction industry is a plus but not required.
