This is not a maintenance role—it's an opportunity to define the product vision, hire and grow a team, and bring new solutions to market that help senior living communities thrive.You'll work at the intersection of product strategy, market development, and hands‐on execution. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver products that operators love—and that drive meaningful business results for PointClickCare.The ProductThe Senior Living platform addresses critical operational and care delivery challenges facing operators today—including resident management, move‐in workflows, billing, pharmacy integration, and care coordination. You will own the vision and roadmap for this portfolio, ensuring we deliver solutions that reduce administrative burden, improve care outcomes, and help communities operate more efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the Product Vision & RoadmapDefine and evangelize a compelling product vision for Senior Living that aligns with company strategy and market opportunityCreate and execute a multi‐year roadmap, balancing near‐term customer needs with long‐term platform betsMake decisive prioritization tradeoffs using data, customer insights, and business judgmentDeeply Understand the MarketBecome the internal expert on senior living operators—their workflows, pain points, and business modelsMaintain a sharp understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and regulatory environmentSpend meaningful time with customers (in‐person and remote) to validate assumptions and uncover opportunitiesDrive Product Commercialization & GTMPartner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to bring products to market effectivelyDefine value propositions, pricing frameworks, and go‐to‐market strategies for new productsSupport sales enablement and serve as a credible voice in customer conversationsBuild & Lead a High‐Performing TeamHire, coach, and mentor product managers—fostering a culture of customer obsession and continuous improvementBe a hands‐on leader: clarify priorities, remove roadblocks, and drive accountabilityPartner closely with Engineering, Design, and other cross‐functional leaders to deliver resultsInfluence at the Executive LevelCommunicate product strategy, progress, and tradeoffs to senior leadership with clarity and confidenceChampion the Senior Living opportunity across the organization—building alignment and securing resourcesRepresent PointClickCare externally with customers, partners, and at industry eventsWhat We're Looking For: (Required)10+ years in Product Management, with experience in healthcare, SaaS, or senior living technology3+ years leading product managers, with a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining talentExperience building new products or entering new markets—not just optimizing existing onesStrong customer instincts with a demonstrable track record of delivering products users loveStrategic and tactical range—able to set vision AND roll up sleeves to get things doneExcellent communication skills—able to influence executives, rally teams, and represent the company externallyComfort with ambiguity—you create clarity, not wait for itWhat We're Looking For: (Preferred)Direct experience in Senior Living, Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care marketsFamiliarity with senior living operations: census management, billing, move‐in workflows, care coordinationExperience with AI/ML product development or incorporating data‐driven insights into productsBackground in regulated healthcare environments (HIPAA, state licensing, etc.)Solid understanding of Agile practices; familiarity with Design Thinking is a plus$213,000 – $237,000 a yearAt PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The CAD base salary range for this position is $213,000 – $237,000 + bonus or commission + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all CAD locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job‐related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
