Role: Sr. Data Analyst100% remote within US15+ years of experienceClient is looking for a technical Data Analyst in Banking Domain involved in creating CDP's for the Marketing teams.Key skills:CDP Tools:Experience with platforms like Segment, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Salesforce CDP, or custom solutions using Snowflake/Databricks.Data Modeling:Designing schemas (e.g., star schema) for customer 360° views, journey mapping, and segmentation.2. Banking Domain Expertise Regulatory Compliance:Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, GLBA, and banking-specific rules (e.g., KYC, PII encryption).Data Sources:Integrating core banking data (e.g., transactions, accounts, loans), CRM (Salesforce), web/mobile analytics, and third-party data (e.g., credit bureaus).Risk Awareness:Ensuring data governance, audit trails, and ethical use of sensitive financial data.3. Data Integration & Engineering API Integrations:RESTful APIs to connect marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Ads) and banking core systems.Real-Time Processing:Streaming data (e.g., Kafka) for live customer behavior tracking.Data Quality:Validation frameworks to ensure accuracy (e.g., reconciling transaction records across systems).4.
